On Tuesday 25th May we went to the Botanic Gardens .First we saw the mountain plants .Then we saw the ‘poor man’s elm’. After we went to the cactus house. In there, there was a door that into a rain forest. The rain forest was full of banana plants and other tropical trees. After this we saw the line of Yew trees and the Purple Beach. We were told that there was a poison in the Yew tree that was bad for people, but also really good for killing cancer cells. Then we saw the Red Wood tree and we found out that it can’t go on fire? The final thing we saw was the vegetable patch. All in all it was a Great day!
We finished the day by having cake to celebrate Mr. Caulfield getting fired. (Just kidding ;)
